As with other unsuspecting customers I paid £5.95 postage for a free sample and then was stung for two payments of £79.99 from my account. I contacted my bank and they could only advise me to cancel my card, I was not amused as I had not gave permission to this company to take any payments but because I had given them my debit card number they could do what they wanted. Find this very annoying as I can use my card in a shop but that doesn't give them the right to take any further monies from my account.
Got a phone number from another person who was scammed the number I have is 08081787321 I contacted the company and at first they were not too helpful but I got them to confirm to me that they would cancel my account and refund my money I then let them know I was recording the conversation glad to say my money has been refunded and account cancelled. So if getting in contact with them record the phone call.
