On 18 th November I bought a sample pot of Revita Derm moisturiser for £5.97. Foolishly paid by debit card. On 20th December the company above took £79.99p from my bank account. This was done without my permission or consent. I have gone back to Facebook to find the advert but it doesn't appear to be there any more. Under the impression that I had paid a one off payment I didn't keep the the packaging. The fraud department from my bank tell me I can't stop future payments as I had obviously entered into a membership with this company. If this is the case, then it was done without my knowledge. I am disgusted that I cannot say who can and cannot draw money out of my account, especially as It's quite obvious that this company is running a scam.
