My doctor was sent a pamplet for the newest model Shoprider wheelchair and signed for one. I was delivered a used cheap model of a Shoprider that had gouges under neath the footplate which had been spray painted. There was no plastic on the seats nor was the charger in a box and in fact the charger stops running. There was somebody's long black hair wrapped around the axels of the wheels of the chair that i had to cut out cause the wheels wouldn't turn. I've had to already replace the wheels and now the batteries have been dead for 6 weeks and i can't go anywhere. The company's driver told me they wouldn't service the chair if i turned them in to the insurance fraud unit. They charged my insurance five thousand for the newest model chair I never got!
