Waiting for Service

I tried to use your customer service number both today and yesterday and waited over13 min. On hold before I talked to anyone. I have used Gevalia for years and never encountered this poor service. I tried to resolve my problem over the internet and got no where so I tried the customer service number. I am so upset with this impersonal service that I am considering canceling my membership.
