Poor Service

First of all, Debbie was our waitress & had no such customer service skills. She placed out order and the food took forever. When we did get it, our fries were hard & cold like they were sitting there. I approached her & she did ask for new ones that took forever too. I asked politely for some Tabasco sauce which seemed like a bother & put it on the table & walked away, which only had like 3 drops in the bottle. The ketchup bottles were all empty. When complaint was brought up it was I don't care attitude. Our bill was over charged. I was so fed up with service I didn't complain we had the wrong sandwich. Worst of all our credit card was given to another table & she didn't apologize but had another waitress bring it to us. I never been so mistreated buy any business as I have in this diner. I will never recommend this place.
