This is the third time I had ever been to Red Robin in La Quinta, CA. The two previous times I had been there the service was great! I mean the waitress/er were funny and were really on their grind. But as of 07/06 I dont know what happened. Our waiter was taking FOREVER to bring us our waters, then he took another great while to take our orders down, the wait for the appetizers was disappointing. I mean its an appetizer isn't it supposed to get to the table before the food? Oh well... The food was awesome great taste and flavor to it but when it came down to checking on us if we needed refills or anything else we never saw our waiter really. He walked by us once and I had to flag home down and ask him to refill our drinks and bring more fries. He walked away and brought a whole new drink. He didn't even bother taking the empty baskets and cup. Our table was crowded with junk and I asked for ice cream. He brought it... 15 mins later and it was melted. Are you kidding me!!? Im clueless as to what was going on but the service was horrible. I hope next time I go it's improved.
