Purchased a Simmons mattress online from USMattress, received, and two months later it began to sag. After many phone calls, e-mails, and not getting a desired refund as it was under warranty I reluctantly let them send out another mattress. This time it was only two weeks that the mattress began to sag in the middle. My suspicion is they send out used or known defectives in lieu of refunds. Now that I have back problems because of a sagging mattress and knowing that they will say it is under warranty and will send another one after somebody comes out and takes measurements and pictures of the sag, I feel that since this will be the third time that they cannot be trusted and I will once again be going through the same headache as twice before. When I call they just read from the simmons warranty booklet and refer US Mattress to Simmons and vice versa. They have no credibility at this point and a refund is the only right thing for them to do.
