Simmons Worldclass Wickliffe Plus
Defective/sagging mattress

I bought a Simmons Worldclass Wickliffe Plus bed on 9/10 from Marshall Area's office shop. About 9, I began to encounter back and hip pain. I eventually followed the origin to my bed. I approached Joanne at Simmons who put up an examination. The inspector stated my bed was dropping 11/4" which he'd publish it towards the organization. I obtained a notice in March declaring that there's no structural failure within the bed or box-spring which the indentation is simply the bed shaping towards the form of my body. Well that "contouring" is eliminating my back and hip. They state the more heavier and magnificent (costly) the stuffing supplies, the more vulnerable they're to compaction (dropping.) That's absurd!!! I paid great cash to get a bed that I can not actually rest on. Simmons must recognize its guarantee and stay on its ethics. I'm annoyed as well as in discomfort!!!
