I used the 3 day trial. Cancelled the very next day via email listed date and time. No tech support on live chat ever some on and still not available. No one ever answered the phones. So I sent an email. I got a email today 2/14 saying it was past the three days not eligable for refund below is the copy of the email I sent and I also sent the email the sent back.

I still can;t log in in even with you log in even with your passwords. This program will not work for me. I want a full refund request in the correct time it is not my fault that it is bot working correctly.
