On 26/01 I ordered BlackBerry Torch 9810. I cancelled the purchase on 30/01 and I got the confirmation email on 31/01 saying the order has been cancelled and I will receive the refund within 5-8 working days. It is 25/02 today but I have not received the refund yet.
