Ought a stove insert & had it installed by there contractor, fire hazard & hooked up totally wrong with the wrong pipe & hooked together with tape, the surround is 3 inches to short on each side & they don't stand behind there work or return phone calls! They used an adaptor taped to my chimney insert, the heat has the wrong draft & the install has left me with an unsafe insert that I can't use! They are thieves spoke to several other customers of theirs & they are all unhappy with the company!
