Bush's Quality Fireplace - No Quality in Bush's Fireplace

There is nothing quality about Bush's Quality Fireplace.
Got a set of logs installed by them after the installer showed up one hour late with no apology or call so i guess this is their usual policy to be late? Then after not sweeping out the entire chimney they installed tin foil - yes TIN FOIL - as a damper in the chimney and assured it was safe. After 45 minutes of running the logs a chimney fire started!!!
Called and was told they did nothing wrong and to clean the chimney ourselves and hope that solves the problem! WOW how unprofessional. Hmmm, before they installed the logs, I never had a chimney fire, now after they install the logs I have a fire but they aren't to blame?
Filed several Better Business Bureau complaints and they lied in all of them, and now have stopped responding which proves they are not willing to work with the customer. Check their BBB complaint rating, it keeps increasing in numbers. Avoid this place at all costs and don't even ask them advice as your house may catch on fire and they will blame you, not return any phone calls, lie to your face, lie to the authorities and not return your money.
