I bought a Lenovo Ideapad directly from Lenovo. I received the product approximately 2 weeks after ordering it. I have tried to use the ideapad but it will not allow me to sign in and when it does I am unable to use many of it's functions. I can not download apps, and have excellent wi-fi. I have called technical support and spent hours trying to talk with the representatives. They transferred me several times and then dropped my call. I am now trying to find a supervisor to talk with. I now have a pad that is useless. I have 2 months to go on my warranty and expect a refund.
