I emailed to ask for refund said I would have to call. I am in Australia and couldn't do so someone did call me and as soon as I told them I wanted a refund she hung up in my ear. All email contact has been deleted out of my files strangely. So only the transaction on my bank statement is proof of what happened. All this came from a friends email address which she did not authorize to be sent.
