Fake made up email was used, asked me to send money through western union for the shipping agent, because he was on a ship.

I posted two personal items on sale on craigslist, the suspect text me saying was interested on my item and wanted to buy on july 24th. He stated he is on the sea and have his own shipping agent. Both items were selling for $1100 and he said already paid me for 1450 into paypal account. He asked me to go western union to send 300 to the shipping agent. I received fake email from paypal stated the money has deducted from buyers account and hold for it, will credited after 12 hours after they receive the MTCN number and sender's information. The MTCN is 954-646-8533
