Received e-mail from "customer" to buy my vehicle. Using pay pal they "transferrred" $1500 too much then asked me to western union them $1400 to pay for some kind of charges for pick up of the vehicle.

Very crude use of english in all communications—obviously english is 2nd language.

Use of realistic pay pal communication stating $11,000 had been transferred to my account (that i had just opened thinking originally this was a legit deal.
