On October 29 I called to order 1 order of Grout Bully. The recording kept trying to get me to order more than that but I kept refusing. All I wanted to do was finalize my order. I never finalized it and never got a total amount that was going to be charged to my credit card. The recording kept going on and on for like 30 minutes. Finally I hung up. Yesterday, February 7, my credit card was charged $27.52. When I called the number to talk to someone about it, I could not talk to a live person so I opted to cancel the order. The recording told me I could not because the product was already shipped. Now they have my credit card info. And I can't talk to anyone about it.
