I ordered the grout bully, they had a special buy 1 for $10, get a second one free. As usually for these type of deals, there are "add ons" during the check out process. Which I chose "No Thanks" for all. I recieved the first confirmation for 25.90, fine $10 for the product 7.95 s&h, plus and addition 7.95 s&h for the free product. A few minutes later I received an "updated" confirmation for 49.99. HUH? It was for the orginial order plus 39.99 for a Floor package, that I said No THANKs to. I immediately emailed the error to Grout Bully, I received an email back saying it take 24 hours for the order to hit their system and to call the next day after 9am, the number provided was a toll number. I called followed the prompt for order cancellation/changes, I was routed to another company? So now I am paying toll charges too? I ended up calling the toll free order line which refers you back to the 1-203-306-5762 number, don't press 4 (to cancel or modify your order) I tried opt #3, I spoke to a representative, Nick, who advised me will modify my order and remove the add on. I will update this complaint once I receive my product and credit card statement to see if they did as they advised. To be on the safe side, I wouldn't order from them, next time I am just going to home depot and buying a grout sealer.
