We were informed our computer was infected with malware viruses and was about to crash my wife panicked and agreed to pay them. They then spent about 15 hrs with me on the phone trying to repair what was untill then a perfectly functioning computer. After this failed i demanded our money back and they agreed to refund my wife but have to date failed to honour the refund. We have recently been contacted by the same personel at efix but they are now claiming to be another company, they insist we have the same problem all over again. We had an expert clean our computer it took him approx 3 hours and only cost £40.00.
