Ugg boots ordered on 18/1 paid extra for delivery within 4 days.
I was sent order confirmation and tracking number by Nelloutlet@Yahoo.co.uk the tracking number is suppose to be from ems.com. Cn/english.html which is in China their website has no record of the tracking number or any record of overdue tracking. I have emailed the original company plus the nelloutlet@yahoo but have had no response from them since 19th january.
