I ordered Ugg boots and never received them

On November 29 I ordered a pair of Ugg boots, I received an E-mail stateing it would take 2-3 days processing and then I would receive a tracking number. I never got that tracking number, I e-mailed them and I did get a response with a tracking number but it has said the same thing for the past 3 weeks. I e-mailed them again and have not gotten a reply. Now the web site is gone and they received their payment. Here is what I received from them in my E-mail. Hi dear friend:

I think that there is no problem for you to get it before Christmas

This company is in China, I called my bank and had my credit card cancelled so they awill not have access to my account
