Ordered a pair of black short ugg boots, the website looked completely genuine untill i noticed the day after that payment had come out of my bank without me receiving a confirmation email of my order. (As the website suggests)
I emailed to say if i hadnt recieved a tracking order number or my boots within 48 hrs i wanted a refund. A lady called Anne replied to say that they had personal probs and id receive this in 24 hrs. 72 hrs later i received an email with confirmation of my tracking number. Funny because this tracking number has never worked! A few days later i received an email from www.sitecomplaint also giving me my tracking number, and if i wanted to complain to complain to them... As if! This site also very obviously is ran by the same company lowlifes. I suggest everyone gives details to the geniune uggs Australia company and trading standards. The company obviously run an illegal practice, so please do not buy/order from their website.
