I had asked a question, and did receieve an answer which i was not pleased with but to raise a little more unliking included in the message stated, if your not happy with the out come after trying their answer not to go and put it on the site. I should write directly to that person who answered. Fine, but my money was taken through Just answer the company they are working with. I do Believe I still have the email. Prior to this about 3 or 4 months ago. I had used the service and ended up leaving a credit of 12 dollars or so: honestly, I wrote it off as a lost. Now getting this 38.00 taken that I did not accept the answer or approve of. Just answer now has a total of fifty dollars. I truly could have used my money elsewhere or went with a diffrent soluation that worked, instead now a run around to get back my money. Seeing that many others are getting ripped off too, it's time to stop this.
