A pop-up appeared on my computer saying that I had a virus on my computer. I couldn't not close out of this window without purchasing this so called spyware/protection for my computer. I purchased it, but nothing ever appeared on my computer for protection. When I received my credit card bill there was the charge. I then looked it up on the computer and found this site. I also called and alerted my credit card computer as to this fraud.
