This site offers a $2.95 VIN check during a 3 day trial period. The Terms say that if you call and cancel before the three day trial period is over, you will not be charged, however, the phone number listed (866-610-0652) does not work, so you CAN'T cancel.

When you try to get your money back using the number on your card statement (888-613-1485) where they charge you the subscription fee of $29.95 you dont get an answer either or are told to call back they are having trouble with the computers. After I was charged a second month I called number again and was allowed to cancel and was given only a $14.98 refund. So this VIN check, which was also a fraud because you never actually get a report because the website says the record can't be found after you pay for it, cost me $47.88.
