Miscellaneous

I ordered 2 pair of Ugg boots through uggnoble.com. After ordering, I received a strange e-mail asking what it was that I ordered and where I wanted the shipment to be sent. I had already filled out this information at the time of ordering so this definitely threw a red flag up. I responded to the e-mail advising them to cancel my order and just give me a full refund. They kept asking if I would still like to process my order and I insisted on a full refund. They finally responded that they would issue a refund but it could take up to 20-30 days. And unfortunately, I have yet to see a refund or any boots at that matter and today is January 24th.
I realized that they shut down the www.uggnoble.com site and changed it to www.uggpure.com. I even went on that site requesting a refund or if nothing else at least the boots. I never received a response and now that site is down.
If anyone has any thoughts and/or suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it.
