I order a pair tall ugg boots for my grandaughter for christmas ordered early to make sure i got them as it was.co.uk i honest belived it was in the uk anyway christmas come and gone i have email this company so many times asking were my boots are but all i was told that they coming i was told when ordering that i would get a tracking number never got it i was told something wrong with post dept i kept on emailing them of which i still have all the emails but still no boots then i was asked on the 27th december if i want another pair of boots sent out i said no i want my money refund to payer account i have emailed them again but still no refund was told i would not lose my money what a joke that is it taken two months for no boots and one month no refund i am just told it being seen to the last email i sent i told them that it just look as you took my money and that it i hope there rot in hell
