I have had Service America for several years. This is the first time I had them come out because of refrigerator not cooling. Since Dec. 07 the refrigerator has not worked despite 4 service calls and replacement of three parts. A 5th service call is now scheduled after waiting a week for a new part to replace one of the defective parts replaced in one of the previous service calls. I have called multiple times to speak with someone about this poor service.

Yesterday I was told someone would call me back. Guess what, no call back. Again today I am waiting for the Service Manager to call me back.in my opinion the refrigerator is not fixable and after so many service calls should be replaced. The money that I have wasted over the years for this contract could have been used to buy a new refrigerator. This has been very difficult dealing with a company that does not care about its coustomers and does not know the first thing about service or as their jiggle says "peace of mind!" Even though I have given them a piece of my mind the refrigerator remains broken. Do not waste your money or time dealing with this company. Service America is a sham!
