I tried to order an Eli Manning jersey for $79.99 from officialnewyorkgiantsonlinejerseys.com. The payment "failed." So I stupidly tried again, with a different Visa card. Again, the payment "failed." Yet now there is a pending charge on each Visa card for $80.14. The company listed on the charge is ALLSHOPGOODS.

Their Return Policy says: "What is officialcarolinapanthersjersey's return policy?" And when I registered for the site, I got a message saying: "Welcome to usaarizonacardinals.com - high quality jerseys supplier." It seems that this group has a fraudulent site for every team, and forgot to change this message to the Giants. At any rate, I've tried emailing the email address they provided, and the emails keep getting returned. I cannot find any other contact information on their website.

Under their FAQs, it says "Cancel and Change Requests. If for any reason you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact our online service as soon as possible. Registered customers can cancel or change their orders directly by managing "My Orders". We will do everything we can to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee that your request will be honored due to real time order processing. If an order has already entered the shipping process, we will not be able to cancel the order. If your order cannot be cancelled, you may contact our live service to arrange shipping back."

However, there is no contact information anywhere, no "online service, " etc.

I realize how foolish I was to order from such a shady website, but that doesn't excuse the fraud that they're committing.
