Scammed my 81 year old father, promised free pornography, fraudulent charges on credit card, won't stop calling him

Our 81-year old dad have been getting publications (normal & adult) for a while. I came across he's been the target of the really dishonest organization, Stone Businesses (PMB #266,4719 Quail Lakes Travel, Ste H, Stockton CA 95207).

the corporation has spoken him into four-year subscribers to varied publications at inflated costs and it has billed his card numerous occasions far above the reported quantity. Additionally they delivered him numerous adult films, presumably at free, that we think immediately renews the subscribers. He's subscribers paid to 2017

I delivered the unopened films and involved a notice from my dad declaring the subscribers have to be terminated, he's to not be named, and all costs on his charge card ceased. I've talked with Stone Businesses numerous occasions plus they assured me this could happen.

The membership included Penthouse (24), Belief (24), Guys Diary (48), Specifics (20), and Playboy (36) for 36 funds of $27.75/mo. Thats $999.00 for publications having a cover cost of $874.57, or membership expenses on Amazon.com of $205.24

They still call him atleast twice per week, attempting to con him into providing them with his new creditcardnumber. They call him Sweetie and Darling and work so good, but Im wishing he'll stay glued to the program and never provide them with his range. I contact them back every time plus they apologize and guarantee me they don't call again.

I've filed grievances using the Federal Communications Commission, National Trade Commission, California Attorneygeneral, and California Department of Consumer-Protection. These are online grievances and that I need EVERYBODY that has difficulties with the corporation to complete exactly the same. I'm today sending emails straight to the publications, informing them of Stone Businesses dishonest business methods. I'm wanting the marketers might find that they're placing themselves in danger associating with Stone Businesses.
