Scam, overbilling, flirting, intimidation, threats, refuse to cancel services, lying about double billing

Diamond Enterprises double billed us twice, then lied about it when confronted. After that they refused to let us cancel our magazine subscriptions. The only reason my husband bought them is because some woman shamelessly flirted with him on a telemarketing call. We filed a Better Business Bureau complaint against them to which they never responded. Diamond Enterprises carries an "F" rating with the BBB.
Our bank researched them when their overbilling caused us to have overdraft fees. Our bank found us to be in the right and refunded said overdraft fees.
Now they are threatening to put a strike against my husband's credit and to display on said credit report the adult magazines we ordered if we do not pay them an additional $449.00. Blackmail, is what that is. Tell these people where to stick it when they cold call you during dinner.
