I signed on the web for a triple play that was supposed to be $85. They also promissed a (pay per view) for an extra $10 a month which they cherged me $40 DOLLARD AND WHEN i PROTESTED THEY DISCONNEDT PAY PER VIEW AND REFUSED TO HONOR THEIR COMMETMENT. The base bill was and still $90 instead of $85. They also charged me for a multiroom DVR (I only have and requested and connected one TV) which is $5 a month more than a regular DVR. I called many many time and spent many hours on the phone with them but they never corrected the bill. I gave up on them. I have document of the names of people I spoke with and thw times too.
The problem that we have only Verizon and time warner in the area I live.
