Ordered 2 pair of UGG boots and got counterfit ones. The colors were different (noticably) than the store ones we have purchased in the past year. The labels were sewn in the wrong place and were slightly different. They would not send an RMA or credit my card etc... Trying a different approach by taking the boots to the USPS fraud unit as they frown on mail fraud these days. The credit card company is going to waive the charge but it is such a inconvenience to mess with these types of things.
