Ordered ugg boots. Cancelled order with in minutes of ordering and they still took the money from my checking acct. Told me my debit/card was not good... Ummm yes it is... I was told i would be refunded the money by the end of this week. I am furious. For one, it is xmas time and we do not have money just to throw out there for someone else to have. And then to process an order in which i cancelled with in minutes and take the money the following day. This is ridiculous. Something needs done about this.
Anyone have any ideas or places i can contact about this matter
