Purchase Ugg boots for kids for Christmas. Thought we were on a legit site, but turns out they are not. Money deducted from account but never recieved an email confirmation. Two days later we tried to make contact. Found out the numebr was bogus and the response via email took days. Only to tell us they have no record of our order. Made the mover fast by going to bank to dispute the charge on our credit card. Bank said they had this problem last year. Sounds like it is going to be a problem this year as well.
