Obsession Perfume Bottle

Son bought me a 100ml bottle of Calvin Klein for Christmas. I decide to use it, unwrap it and discover that the plastic cover over the spray, refuses to budge. Result? Can't even get to use the perfume! Nobody in house to help me ease the plastic off and no address to return the whole box and bottle. Why isn't there an address? Why make the fitting so tight one needs to be an arm wrestler to get it off? I am fit, do yoga and play badminton so no weakling! Very disappointed and somewhat annoyed!
