Broken Belt

I purchased a Calvin Klein reversible belt for my daughter for Christmas in November at the Castle Rock Outlet mall. She didn't even wear the belt until January and the swivel piece that allows it to be reversible broke mid February. It was a pretty expensive belt and it seems it should last longer than a month and a half. She was disappointed because she really liked it. It was gray with CK etchings on one side. Can we get a new one?
