Do not go to star nails in Irvine, CA on Culver.
They are rudest people I have ever met in my life.
50% of people do not even speak or understand English and they talk to themselves whine working very loudly. There are some nice Vietnamese Nail Salons around even if they do not speak English well but you could tell when someone is rude to you or not in any culture.
Do not go there!!!
