I was initially contacted by a man who wanted to ship a large trunk of money out of Africa into the UK. The paper money itself needed to be cleaned up with a very 'special chemical' which Google later identified as Vitamin C in a liquid format. To make matters worse, the whole business took place on British soil in a location near Canary Wharf. To date, no action has been taken against these fraudsters as they are presumably way beyond the long arm of the law in this country. I went physically to a building in said location and was ushered into a smallish room which contained some furniture and the all-important trunk stuffed full with purportedly US dollar bills, all quietly waiting to be 'laundered' clean then turned over to their new owner - at a price! I paid several fees to get the clean up process moving but broke off relations when the fees got too warm!
