Water Tower Flats - (Owned By Carmel) Rip-off on final bill

I was having a tough time and could not afford rent because I lost my job. I declared Bankruptcy and was eventually evicted out of the Apartment. But during that time they took me to court for 2,200 dollars for late charges and attorney fees. Well moved out then I got a bill 2 months later for 7,000 dollars which I called them up and said I am in Bankruptcy and my Lawyer has sent you the paper that says so. They refused to acknowledge it and after further review they were charging me per day late fees and also per day living cost which came up 2x the amount then orginally plus also another 1700 dollars for breaking the lease. Then they have a price guide which I do not know where they got that from but just for the regular everyday drip pans for the stove nothing special they said cost them 60.00 to get which I stated I could go to the dollar store and get the same exact ones for 4.00 and the list just goes on. 15.00 dollars to wipe a mirror down. 120.00 for a bag of trash I mean come on I will be more than happy to share this list that I finally got from them to anybody who plans to live there or is living there and planning to move out. It even states that the place has to be "Clean and Shiny" not just clean. Clean all the electrial and phone outlets and if worn replace them. I have filed a Complaint with the Better Business Bureau along with placing a copy with my lawyer. They never even walked me in and signed the Condition Report or even walked with me when I moved out then never even told me when they were going to walk it. They just did it on there own free will. This place is a rip-off and scam artist of the year.
