This company has been a nightmare. The flat is not livable: Absolutely filthy, no hot water for days on end, our room has no ventilation whatsoever, broken smoke detectors, one toilet shared by 8 people that doesn't flush properly. We were told all bills were inclusive but a man (who I'd never seen before and had no ID shown) demanded money that I didn't believe I owed. This room is a hell hole and now with all of the undisclosed 'fees' it's cost us £860. Please warn others!
