Please clean the Dental Office

I was at the Crestwoood Illinois location recently. I noticed that the ceiling fans had cob webs on them and there was some dark brown liquid substance on a container located on the counter top near me. The location needs a thorough cleaning with special attention to flooring and walls. It is appears in some areas to be clean on the surface. However, as a Dental office, this location needs special attention-immediately. I have an upcoming visit planned. However, if an immediate is not made I will transfer to another office and report this location to the Board.
