I ordered a purse from the company, after entering my credit card info a Nail Salon name popped up which made me skeptical. After 3 weeks I received the wrong bag. I contacted the company back and forth for 3 weeks. They kept insisting it was the right bag and that I could not return it. They would refund me $10.00?! I still have not received the refund. I posted the unwanted purse on craigslist to sell. As I was scrolling through I ran across an add for sale from a woman where the same thing had happened to her from the same company! Coachfactoryoutletonline.com is a SCAM!!
