I took my 2004 Audi TT to NTB to have the breaks checked. The manager informed me the car needed $2,900.00 worth of repairs. Breaks, new rotors front and rear and two new front half shafts. He told me the rubber boots located at the end of the shafts were split (correct) and are only sold as part of a new half shaft.

I immediatelt took the car to an authorized Audi dealer and discovered the repairs to be $1,009.00. The rotors were not bad and the rubber gaskets could be replaced for $52.00 each.

NT&B knowingly misled me in the best interest of driving revenue. This is the second time in less than six months that i have experienced complete and total deceitt with this organization.
