Switcted from at&t because throuh and agreement with Chrysler employees and suppose to get a 15 % discount, so I called and the rep. Said yes I would get the discount and told me to go to the Verizon local store and fax over a form and a copy of my pay stub, which I did. This happened the next day after I switched to Verizion because I was told that I would deffinatly get the discount. I had the local store fax them the info. And was told they had no record and I would not recieve a discount. I made numurous calls to Verizon trying to get the matter corrected for three months with promisses they would get it resolved never has happened and they never return calls as they say they will. I started the process again as a matter of principle January 5th. And have been promised it would be corrected and would get a call back, and have not gotten a call back even though I have called them back twice now.
