Ripoff

Cablevision, digital IO tv has not only harrassed me with marketing calls, but the service has had numerous interruptions and within the first week of service I had to call everyother day to reset the box. Additionally, they added $175 worth of movies to my account which I never watched 3AM in the morning, 12 movies in one night. Customer service did not work with me at all to credit the movies they were nasty with me and told me I had to pay. I asked them to reinvestigate over and over again and they never followed up or credited my bill. The Dish Network is right about the feeding the Cable Pig. That is just what they are and they take advantage of their customers. Other have been victimized as well
