I went on their website to do their 14 day trial and they said nothing about 14 days from the day you placed the order. I called them and the first representative hung up on me and called back the the 2nd reprsentative only agreed to refund me 35.00. I want my full refund. I received the product 1/6 and called them today 1/12 and I do not want to use their product nor did I authorize them to take 89.99 out of my account. I want my full refund. This is fraud/scam and should be shut down.
