Failure to issue refund in accordance with guidelines

On November 20 I attempted to order a supplement online at www.greencoffeepuretrim.com. There was a problem with the site and I never recieved confirmation of my order. Thinking the order did not go through I purchased the product elsewhere. On November 22 I received an email stating the order had shipped and received the product on November 30 per the shipping confirmation from the USPSYour item was delivered at 2:21 pm on November 30 in DIANA, TX 75640.
Today, December 5 I called to cancel. The website states as follows in regards to the cancellation process"How the program works is you pay $2.95 today, aat the end of your trial of 15 days if you do not cancel within those 15 days you will be chared for the value of the 30 day product in your possession for $89.95. Cancel anytime by calling 855-946-1060"You can clearly see that there is not "start date" for the 15 day trial period but let's assume that it starts the day I receive the product because common sense would reflect that you cannot "try" a product until you receive it then my 15 day cancellation period would start November 30. Virginia #02100 with Puretrim said the 15 days started the date that I placed the order, November 20... Again, this is not stated ANYWHERE on their website. But let's assume this is the case, 15 days from November 20 would be December 5... Right? Not according to Virginia #02100 who stated that today made 18 days. Now I understand that part of the problem is that she is not located in the US but she should be able to compute simple math where 20-5=15 days.
