On 01/17 I placed an order for a trial offer for €2.49 which I have been charged the same day. Some days later I received an envelope containing the product and pages with a "strange" retail receipt of 2.49 for shipping and 0.00 for the item.

On 02/02 I have been charged for €74.95 for this product!

Nothing was specified on this false advertising and I claim for unauthorized credit charge.

I did the necessary with my bank for the refund of this unauthorized credit charge.

To return I have to ask for a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA). I called the toll number they gave on the paper to receive this necessary RMA (unless they don't refund): this number doesn't exist.
