Rude & Wrong Property Manage

We utilized this company as our property manager. We found many discrepancies in what was promised and what was done. Several times we were charged for cleaning when cleaning had not been performed. We were charged $10 fee per renter as maintance for maintaining light bulbs etc. Great in theory but we had light bulbs out and missing in every room. Repair issues such as extreme bill for plumbing for stopped up sink to then find a lemon in garbage disposal had caused problem. We had tried repeatedly to contact them during normal business hours and through emails and finally when we arrived at our place and found the lights that we had been told had been replaced a month ago were still out, we left message on after-hour lines stating contact us.instead, we get a unprofessional rude Rob Stone stating he won't deal with us until Monday when we will already be gone even though he has Saturday office hours. He then proceeded to charge us $50 for having used the after hours number even though there is nothing in our contract regarding this nor was their any prior warning. They claim two calls a month apart were made. Furthermore, they terminated our contract a gave us 60 days or soon. We tried to deal with them through BBB but they refused to cooperate with Bureau. It has been four months and we still have not received our keys back from them, or termination of contract. We have written to request it and attempted to go by during office hours but they are never there. Our home is still on their website and they are using our home to advertise even though we don't use them. They have cost us rents during winter vacation and have misrepresented event and facts surrounding in initial response to BBB. When we responded per BBB request that is when they refused to deal with us. You cannot charge someone a fee without notifying them, you cannot charge for a service that you don't provide and you can't terminate contract and still use them for advertisement and not remit their keys. As of 1/10 they are still listing our home.
